Special Board Meeting

The Ladd Village Board will meet in Special Session at 6:30pm on Monday, January 28, 2019, in the Village Hall.  The purpose of the meeting is to: 1. Consider the Plan Commission’s recommendation on the annexation and rezoning of a 7.27 acre parcel of land owned by The Herlein Trust and located on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Cleveland Street and Central Avenue; 2. Pass an ordinance annexing a 7.27 acre parcel of land owned by The Herlein Trust and located on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Cleveland Street and Central Avenue; 3. Pass ordinance amending the Village’s zoning map to reflect the amendment of the map to include the 7.27 acre parcel of land owned by The Herlein Trust and located on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Cleveland Street and Central Avenue as an R-2 Residential parcel; and 4. Authorize the Village President and Clerk to execute the Pre-Annexation Agreement with The Herlein Trust for the 7.27 acre parcel of land located on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Cleveland Street and Central Avenue.
