Area residents, businesses and organizations are invited to participate in a Lighted Snowman Parade as part of Ladd’s Christmas Walk. Parade line-up is at DigiFarm VBN (the former Ladd Construction Company), 510 North Main Avenue. The parade will begin on North Main Avenue and end at War Memorial Park. All snowmen are welcome, snow is not required. Entries may be floats, vehicles, or walkers, and must display a snowman and be lighted. There is no entry fee or pre-registration for the event. The lighting of the Village’s Christmas tree will be held following the parade in War Memorial Park. We will also draw winners of the Tree Ornament Raffle, Jan Martin Cookies, 50/50, and Golf Cart Decorating Contest. Following the parade, the Ladd Moose Lodge @ 301 South Eastern Avenue will serve soup, sandwich, and dessert from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
