Recycling Event

The Village of Ladd will sponsor an electronics recycling event for Ladd residents only.  Residents must provide a Village of Ladd utility bill to show as proof of residency.  No commercial items accepted.  A limit of three free large items per household, additional large items will be $10 each.   The event will be held behind the Ladd Village Hall.  Vehicles should enter the alley from the south on Elm Street.  The event will continue rain or shine.  Do NOT leave items outside the collection times, 24-hour surveillance cameras onsite.

Accepted items:

• Cables and cable boxes.
• Blenders (no glass).
• Cash registers.
• Cameras.
• Mobile electronic devices.
• Carpet sweepers.
• Computers and laptops.
• Coffee makers (no glass).
• Computer peripherals.
• Curling irons.
• Copiers.
• Electric knives.
• Cords.
• Electric toothbrushes.
• Televisions and monitors.
• Holiday lights.
• DVD players and VCRs.
• External hard drives (all).
• UPS (uninterrupted power supply) units.
• Fax machines and scanners.
• Video game consoles.

NOT accepted:

• Large kitchen appliances.
• Washers/dryers.
• Medical equipment.
• Light bulbs.
• VHS cassette tapes.
• E-cigarettes.
• Household and lithium batteries.
• Freon containing devices.
